We focus on travel through the lens of self-care and wellness for Black women. Sis we remind you that you deserve self-care and access to the royal treatment on a regular basis as you work to impact others. Life is short. You deserve this!

Mission

We promote, stimulate & strengthen lifelong relationships globally through travel, entrepreneurship & community service, especially among Black women.

We share travel inspiration, information, tools and resources so busy women (like you!) who are often at the bottom of their own lists can take a much needed break. A break to relax, reconnect and recharge.

We help Black Women to prioritize their self-care through experiencing luxury, budget-friendly stress-free getaways no less than once a year.

Hey Everybody, I'm Princess!

My name is Princella, though many call me Princess and I love to travel!

My parents gave me the travel bug when I was a child and encouraged me to see the world! At the age of 16 they allowed me to travel to Egypt on the continent of Africa.

They knew the impact that traveling the world would have on me and made it happen! We sold chicken dinners, asked for collections at church and even asked neighbors and friends for support. My parents and my community made it happen for me and it was a game-changer! It expanded my view of the world and my place in it. I realized that the world was much larger than my neighborhood on the southside of Chicago.

Instead of just reading about history, I actually experienced it by visiting the pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx and other monuments and by absorbing the culture. These first-hand experiences convinced me that traveling the world was one of the best ways to learn, meet incredible people and eliminate harmful stereotypes. I've had a passport ever since.

I’m a Non-Profit Leader, Entrepreneur, World Traveler and Business Mentor. When I’m not traveling or focusing on Princess Voyager, I’m working as a Nonprofit leader at a powerful community based nonprofit organization in Chicago. I've worked in the Non-Profit/Social Service Sector for over 30 years in child welfare, youth development, and social justice. Helping people and creating positive change is my passion. I'm grateful for my life, work and business.

I have a degree in Community Health Education and Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated magna cumulate with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Chicago State University. I live in my home town of Chicago with my cat Harmony who loves to help me pack (or so she thinks) for each trip. I love yoga, bike riding, baking, house and jazz music and veggie tacos.
